Our goal is simple: to build strong, long-lasting relationships with these young people and empower them to succeed in both academics and life. Over the past eight years, our impact has grown significantly, reaching over 1,700 youth annually in Lowell and Lawrence, MA. What sets us apart is our hands-on approach—we’re the only non-profit organization offering accredited classes within public schools, coupled with ongoing mentorship from teacher mentors who are deeply connected to the community.

Compare that to the 78% average for traditional high schools in our area, the 90% statewide average, or the 53% average among the nation’s 50 largest urban school districts.
